By placing an order with Vula & Pay - Product Of Adequate Strategies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Orders & Payment
- A R10 confirmation deposit is collected at checkout via Paystack to secure your order. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
- You will only pay the balance once your order has been delivered and you are satisfied with the product.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
- Custom size orders require a separate quote. Please contact us before placing a custom order.
2. Production & Delivery
- All portraits and canvases are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery is arranged through third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you after your order is confirmed.
- We source some materials from South Africa. In rare cases, material delays may affect your production timeline. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
- Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated before dispatch. Free local delivery applies to orders within our standard delivery zones.
3. Damage & Loss in Transit
- We package all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess each case and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control once the order has been handed to the courier.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- If your product has a manufacturing defect or does not match what was agreed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund your order at our discretion.
- The R10 confirmation deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases where we are unable to fulfil your order.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional offers are valid for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time. Expired promotions will not be honoured.
6. Intellectual Property & Image Use
- By submitting a photo or image for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it.
- We will not reproduce or share your submitted images without your consent.
7. Privacy
- Your personal information (name, email, phone, address) is collected solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services, Paystack payment processing).
- Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
