Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver your finished canvas to your door before collecting full payment. You inspect it first — you only pay when you are satisfied.
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver within South Africa.
- Free delivery applies to orders within our standard local delivery zones. Contact us to confirm coverage for your area before placing your order.
- Delivery to areas outside our standard zones may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated to you before dispatch.
2. Production Time
- All canvas portraits are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed and your photograph has been approved.
- We source some materials from suppliers. In rare cases, material availability may affect production time. We will notify you promptly if a delay is expected.
3. Delivery Time
- Once your canvas is ready, delivery is arranged via third-party courier services.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- You will be contacted to confirm a suitable delivery time before dispatch.
4. Packaging
- All orders are carefully packaged to protect your canvas during transit.
- Packaging is provided at no additional cost.
5. Delivery & Payment
- Our delivery model is unique: your canvas is delivered before full payment is collected.
- On delivery, you open and inspect your canvas. If you are satisfied, you pay the remaining balance. If you are not satisfied, we take the canvas back at no charge to you.
- The courier or delivery agent will confirm payment collection at the point of delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- We package all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage.
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vula-pay.site.
- We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control once the order has been handed to the courier.
